International cooperation
Unit ‘International Relations with Investigative Purposes’ is in charge of enhancing and developing relations – for both operational and information sharing activities – with foreign bodies specializing in the fight against organised crime.
Exchange activities are held with the main investigative agencies of the EU member states as well as the police forces of countries in other continental areas (non-EU member states, America, Asia, Africa and Oceania).
Experts of the Unit regularly attend the most important multilateral police cooperation fora on issues related to the prevention and repression of transnational organised crime.
