Citizenship applications: starting today you can check them online

The new service provided by the Department for Civil Liberties and Immigration is now available on this website in the 'Cittadinanza' section

Starting today a new service provided by the Department for Civil Liberties and Immigration will allow all applicants for Italian citizenship to check the progress of their applications online.
Foreign citizens will obtain such information by having access to a database which is regularly updated.

To access this easy-to-use system, you just need to follow the steps below:

Click on the 'Cittadinanza' section (www.interno.it website home page);
Click on the link 'Consulta la tua pratica';
To sign up, enter your personal details and e-mail;
Enter the code number assigned to your citizenship application to access the information.
